2. Collection of Information by Vital Fitness Pty Ltd

3. Our Goal and Collecting Information

The goal of our website is to give you a satisfying and enjoyable experience. The collection of information is always about your satisfaction. It is entirely your choice as to whether you respond to any questions on our website or not.

NOTE: Information such as your name, address, phone and e-mail contact details, and information about your enquiry, may be kept on our records and the records of our partner-companies.

If you make an enquiry relating to something that needs to be handled by one of our partner-companies, agents or client (ie a fitness centre), we will pass on information about your request (See also, Item 5, below).

For example, we may forward information or an enquiry received from you to a fitness centre (our client) about your membership that you have with the fitness centre so that we (or our client) may respond to you. We would not forward your information or enquiry to a fitness centre that you do not have a membership with.

For Example, we may forward a payment instruction or enquiry about your membership to Elogic Com Pty Ltd (partner-company) so that we (or Elogic) may respond to you.

For Example, we may forward information or a enquiry about telemarketing to Lifeforce Group Pty Ltd (partner-company) so that we (or Lifeforce) may respond to you.

The above examples are suggested scenarios in which we may forward information, instructions, or enquiry received from you to our partner-companies, agents, or client so that we (or abovenamed) may respond to you.

4. Vital Fitness Pty Ltd Collects Two Types of Information.

A: The first type is anonymous information.

We may collect clickstream information for statistical purposes. Such information would include your server address, top level domain name, the browser you are using, your operating system, date/time you visited our site, pages accessed/downloaded, how you accessed our web site. Such information would NOT include your name, where you live, or your date of birth. They are all 'anonymous' to us.

For Example, we collect information to tell us that three hundred people have visited this Privacy Policy.

We may invite you to respond to surveys we are conducting on our website. These surveys may ask you for general demographic information (not specific information that can be related back to you personally) such as your age, gender, interests, thoughts on a topic, postcode etc. You do not have to respond to these surveys. The choice is yours.

If you do respond to such surveys the information collected is owned by Vital Fitness Pty Ltd and is used as accumulated data for marketing research and product/services development. Vital Fitness Pty Ltd may sell, disclose, or use the information in any manner that it determines appropriate.

Much of this anonymous accumulated information is used for us to improve our website, products and services. Vital Fitness Pty Ltd may publish or provide this accumulated data for other people to use, however, you are always anonymous.

B: The second type of information that Vital Fitness Pty Ltd collects is personal information.

We will collect personal information that you provide, only when you provide it.

This information will let us know who you are such as your name, age, postal address, telephone, mobile, or email address. With this information, Vital Fitness Pty Ltd can provide you with a number of services that are not available to anonymous users.

Certain information may be required, such as your name, age, billing address, and email address (or screen name); and, where applicable your credit card details (name, number, and expiry date), in order to provide that product or service to you.

We may use this second type of information as a means by which to provide information on additional products and services that may be of interest you. It is important for you to know that you can choose not to receive such information when you are undertaking product or service registration on our website, or purchasing a product or service from us or our partner-companies. We may also ask about your interests, but it is your choice whether you respond or not.

We only hope that the personal information you provide us with will make our services more valuable to you.
