Studio Cycle
Classes are conducted on specialised bikes. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Yoga
Yoga promotes harmony between physical, mental and spiritual. In yoga classes, we focus upon Correct breathing, stretching, yoga postures and relaxation. Classes are suitable for all levels from beginners up.
