has been with our club for 5 years and is very popular with members.

Wendy will look after you when you first join and will write your program and show you how to use the equipment safely.

  • Certificate IV Personal Training
  • Certified Nutritional Consultant/ Food Coach

  • Group Exercise (Aerobic)
